Vessels passed Suez Canal before :
Owner are required to send vessels particulars prior transit one week before at least.
Shipping Agent will advise owner costs required for passing Suez Canal.
Masters have to send Vessel ETA ( 96-72-48-24 ) hrs.
Agent will advice all concerned parts for arranging convoy time.
Suez Canal Transit
1. Ship’s Register.
2. Suez Canal Certificate.
3. International Tonnage Certificate.
4. Crew List.
5. Copy of cargo Manifest and Bill of Landing.
Agent has to collect above documents registered vessel for transit Suez Canal and Issue Port Clearance.
Agent has to advice transit status for ship’s owner either by Email or Fax.
All above points are remaining plus following documents :
1. General Arrangement Plan.
2. Capacity Plan.
3. Engine Room Plan.
4. Suez Canal Certificate

Agent will arrange port clearance permitting vessel to Sail.
Shipping Agent will advise owner costs required for calling Port.
Owner has to advise consignee name.
Master has to send tender Notice of Redness on arrival. Agent will tender Notice of Redness to consignee
